I. Introduction
The Xi Kappa Sigma International Service Fraternity and Sorority, rooted in its founding principles of friendship, unity, and cooperation, proudly presents the proposal for its 4th National Advisory Council. As a globally recognized organization dedicated to fostering positive change and bridging divides, this triennial gathering serves as a pivotal platform for our esteemed leaders and members.
This year’s National Advisory Council, scheduled for September 19-21, 2025, at the historic Grand Opera Hotel in Manila, aims to convene key stakeholders from across our national and international chapters. The three-day program is meticulously designed to foster strategic discussions, strengthen fraternal bonds, celebrate our rich cultural heritage, and immerse participants in the vibrant spirit of Manila. Through a blend of engaging sessions, cultural showcases, and interactive experiences, the 4th National Advisory Council will reinforce our commitment to community service, leadership development, and the enduring values of Xi Kappa Sigma.
II. Objectives
The 4th National Advisory Council aims to achieve the following key objectives:

Day 1: A Grand Welcome and Cultural Celebration (September 19, 2025)
